There are a lot of "advice columns" out there with really bad advice.... here's the truth.

QUESTION:
Can a mature 16 year old and a fairly immature nearly 20 year old have a successful relationship? :/

ANSWER:
well i suppose the obvious answer is yes?

but since you are doubting your relationship because you are insecure about your relationship for whatever the reason is, it would be hard for anyone to make that work.

TRUTH:
Why isn't the obvious answer NO!?!? It should be. NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! I mean... a) You're 16.... he's 20! and b) there is no such thing as a mature 16 year old. and c) all 20 year old boys are immature! that doesn't mean they should be dating down! Sheesh... does NO ONE have common sense??
